J-Trim Insert has earned a good reputation as an overall length control/shape retention insert (preventing dropping after assembled in the body) for various automobile trims such as opening door trim, sunroof trim and quarter glass trim made from extrusion molding.
For J-TRIM INSERT, SPCC material (cold-rolled steel band) with the thickness of 0.4mm and 0.5mm are processed into various insert shapes by using continuous stamping process.
Insert shapes vary widely and the frame of each type is processed to have ribs in order to reduce weight and cost while maintaining trim retention capability with the thickness of 0.4mm/0.5mm.
